How it Works?
What is included in the monthly price?
Prices include what is listed in the selected category. It is valid for one month from the moment payment was made. As many items you need in that time frame, but no more than 2 tasks at once. Once a task is completed, we can have a new one opened. For example, if you need more work after your service membership expires, you need a new month service membership to cover the extra work. The process is repeated as long as you need work done. Listed prices are in USD.
How do we get started?
Select an option that fits your needs and send an email with the selected option to support@kube37.com with all the business's creative branding assets. Details will be discussed, and once everything is laid out, a proforma will be sent to be paid for the selected service membership.
How do I pay you?
Once you select a service membership and the details are sorted out, you will get a pro forma by email. Once the proforma is paid, we can start the work. Payment will be sent by PayPal or direct bank transfer. Details will be provided via email.
Do you offer refunds if I am not happy with the work?
Yes, if work on the project has not started. If work has started, no refunds are being made due to the quality of the work provided. kube37 is 100% committed, with all hands on deck for each project. Not wasting your time or kube37 time either. If you are not convinced by the work quality in the portfolio, the best thing to do is pick someone who has convinced you.
How fast are updates are made?
Usually 24-48h but depends on the task complexity. For example, if you need a color update on a flyer and business card or text changes, these can be delivered within 24 hours. If you need a new design proposal for the same that will be delivered in 24-48 hours, taking into consideration time zone differences as well. Kube37 is on GMT+2 time zone.
How do you stay productive?
kube37 is focusing on being sharp in details before drafting, during updating, and after project approval. This way, the main focus is getting the task done by knowing what the goal is. Fewer updates mean more time on the creative side for other tasks and more productivity at the end of the day. The goal is quality, not quantity.
Software, management, and communication?
Kube37 is an Adobe CC user. Project management will be done using Asana, and communication will be made via Slack or Skype. Google Drive and Dropbox are used for file delivery. kube37 is open to other software tools if needed, such as Monday.com, Zoom, Trello, Miro, Figma, Mural, Google Meet, etc.
